their prices have been high, which has led to 📉a decrease in the amount of mineral fertilizers applied to
the soil.
During the growth and development of plants, there is active absorption and assimilation of nutrients by roots
from the soil.
Under the influence of photosynthesis in 🌿leaves, sugars and plastic substances are formed. During the period of crop formation and ripening, there is an active outflow of nutrients,
plastic substances from roots, stems, leaves to generative organs —
pods, ears, cobs, beans, which increases quantitative and qualitative yield indicators.
The 2024 harvest is in full swing, so after threshing, accumulated ready-to-use nutrients remain in post-harvest residues (roots,
stems, leaves).
If we decompose post-harvest residues, it will be ready high-accessibility nutrition for
the next crop.
Post-harvest residues are a source for the development of pathogenic disease agents of agricultural crops,
which need to be disinfected and decomposed using destructors.
DESTERN — a concentrated suspension of spores and vegetative cells of
cellulolytic microorganisms combined with cellulolytic enzymes and organic acids that
accelerate the decomposition of crop residues without their mineralization, returning organic
matter to the soil.
Composition:
- Bacillus circulans – 6 strains,
- Trichoderma viride – 2 strains,
- Trichoderma harzianum – 4 strains,
- Trichoderma lignorum,
- Bacillus megaterium.
Cellulolytic microorganisms Bacillus circulans and Trichoderma harzianum synthesize
enzymes that break down lignin and the cellulose molecule by cleaving the polymer into its monomer
– glucose. This available sugar source serves as nutrients for the development of the bacterium Bacillus megaterium,
which in the course of its life activity synthesizes a wide range of organic acids that break down
poorly accessible polyphosphates in the soil and convert phosphorus into an organic form available to plants.
The fungus Trichoderma viride suppresses the development of pathogenic microbiota in the soil through
competition for the nutrient medium and sources of available carbohydrates.
DESTERN by LIFE BIOCHEM™️ — a new-generation bio-decomposer enhanced
by a consortium of cellulolytic microorganisms, which possesses phosphorus-mobilizing activity
due to the Bacillus megaterium strain.
Application rate:
- DESTERN 2 L/ha + 10 kg of nitrogen fertilizers in physical weight (urea, ammonium nitrate,
UAN). - Application volume of the working solution: 150-200 L/ha.
- After spraying, perform soil tillage: discing, plowing.
